Our aim is to always provide products of the highest quality. Realizing that returns are, on occasion, a necessary part of business, we are making a record of our return procedure. In an attempt to keep our valued customers satisfied while holding down costs.  We are committed to providing you the best value

All returned items must have a T.G. Rankin Co.
Return authorization number.

Warranty
(Defective Product)

All defective product returns are for evaluation purposes only. Products authorized for return are brought to T.G. Rankin at customer expense solely for the purpose of evaluation. T. G. Rankin Company handles the claims but does not issue the warranties. When T.G. Rankin Co. does replace or issue credit it does so only with manufacturer authorization.

To obtain a return authorization number please contact T.G. Rankin Company prepared to provide the following required information:

1. Customer (company) name, contact name, phone number, email address
2. Item description; brand, model, size, serial number, etc.
3. Purchase information; date, order number
4. Reason for return
5. Observations regarding the condition of the returned item
6. Manufacturer’s date code, if applicable

Again, all returned items are taken for the manufacturer’s evaluation. If an immediate replacement is desired the replacement product must be accompanied by a new customer order. The customer will be invoiced for the replacement and we will issue credit pending the outcome of the manufacturer’s evaluation.

Customer Over Order and Order Error

Custom ordered, custom sized materials can not be returned for credit or refund unless the mistake is ours.

Items not normally stocked can be returned for credit or refund only on certain occasions.All restocking charges if applicable, are to be passed along to the customer. These will be spelled out at the time the return authorization number is given.

Materials ordered from our inventory or materials, which are normally stocked, can be returned with prior approval. Only unused, re-saleable items returned in their original cartons can qualify for credit or refund. Due to item dating and warranties of certain products, no out of warranty products can be accepted for credit. Credit or refund is at the discretion of T.G. Rankin Company.
